-变更管理活动过程的定义和澄清
-组织ECR评审会议并确保过程效率
- ECR评估和评审状态监测-必要时推动批准
-在线改变工艺验证和DOA审批确认
-必要时升级紧急或关键的成本/时间影响CR管理
-变化协调员的工作缩短换线过程的时间和提高CR的文档的准确性
-根据不同的变更类别，审核/批准路线模板在系统中的建立和维护
-以清晰的状态和影响生成变更报告
-更改实施状态，现场跟踪和发布收集
-系统需求收集和解决方案
-培训新员工进行变化过程和在线操作
-客户指定的其他工作
任职要求：
-本科或以上学历，工程或汽车专业
-项目管理工作经验
-对工程变更有很好的理解
-良好的英语口语及书写能力
-良好的沟通和解决问题的能力
-在跨文化环境中工作的能力
Major Responsibilities:
- Change management activity process definition and clarification
- Organize ECR review meeting and ensure process efficiency
- ECR evaluation and review status monitoring – push approval if necessary
- On line change process validation and DOA approver confirmation
- Escalate urgent or critical cost/timing impact CR to management if necessary
- Work with change coordinator to shorten on line change process lead time and improve CR documentation accuracy
- Review/approve route template set up and maintain in system according to different change category
- Generate change report with clear status and impacts
- Change implementation status on-site tracking and issue collection
- System requirement collection and figuring out solution with DO
- Training new staff for change process and on line operation
- Other Job assigned by Customer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or above degree in engineering or Automotive
- Working experience in project management
- Good understanding about engineering change
- Good Oral and written English skill
- Good communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment
