职位描述：
Major Responsibilities 主要职责:
1． Manage and control the production lines, ensure successfully achieve related KPI 负责生产现场管理，确保生产相关指标完成。
2．Monitor the Arranging and organizing personnel of his shift. Find and correct or optimize all kinds of mistakes or problems during production with active attitude. 监控其班次生产的人员的生产组织和安排。主动发现并纠正或优化生产现场存在的各种错误或问题。
3. Responsible for quality control of his shift according to specific procedures, including nonconforming products handling, inspection and test and gauge using etc. 根据规定程序负责其班次的质量控制，包括不合格品处置、检验和试验以及量具的使用等。
 4. Make necessary analysis, report and improvement about production, material, quality, equipment and information etc. Dispose accident in production in time. 对生产、材料、质量、设备和信息进行必要的分析、报告和改进。及时处理生产中的突发事件。
5. Responsible for monitor and supervise HSE and work discipline, attendance in his shift. 负责监督所在班组的HSE（环境、安全、健康）以及劳动纪律和出勤情况。
6. Monitor and normative the filling of reports 监控和规范报表的填写。
7. Responsible for coordinate and organize the work with other department cause of production. 负责生产所需的与外部门发生的协调和组织工作。

Educational教育:
大专或以上 College or above
一般英文沟通 Basic English communication skills

Experience经验:
Above 5 years experience about production management in industry company, 5年以上工业企业生产管理工作经验，
Familiar with knowledge of process control tools (e.g. SPC), knowledge of TQM, Lean Production 熟悉过程控制，全员质量管理，精益生产的知识。
Good skills of PC operation (MS-OFFICE). 熟练操作计算机（MS-OFFICE）。 举报 分享
