职位描述：
负责设备日常维护；
Daily maintenance for the machine;
负责对设备、设施进行安全检；每班对设备进行点检，确认设备状态;
Being responsible to the security check of the machine and infrastructure; point check for the machine on every shift, making sure all the machine statue;
根据设备点检的数值来分析设备的运行状况，如果有异常及时进行调整
Analyzing the running condition of the machine according on the point check value, adjusting in time if any abnormal happens.
懂得电路图，会进行综合维修的日常工作；
Knowing wiring diagram, being able to arrange daily work of maintenance;
合理使用工具，每天对工具进行清点，发现缺损及时查清原因，并上报；
Using the tools appropriately, checking tools daily, finding missing and damaged tools and the reason and then reporting;
提供技术售后支持、客户服务和培训
A/S supporting customer service and training
提供和维护适当完整的文档订单和维护报告
Providing and managing the PR/PO documentations and maintenance reports appropriately
新设备进入时，进行设备安装，调试；
Setting up the new machine when it arrived;
负责制定设备保养要点
Responsible for development of equipment maintenance points;
完成上级交办的其它工作。
