Service Desk, IKEA IMS Asia Pacific
The IKEA IMS Service Center is the voice of IKEA users, taking responsibility for their needs, requests and feedback.
Our mission is to be available, deliver competence and enhance efficiency for IKEA companies and business partners.
We are now looking for who want to be a part of IKEA IMS Asia Pacific as our new Service Desk. You will be main contact of IKEA IMS towards the end user in IKEA units.
About the job
? Be the first line support at Service Centre
? Handle the orders from IKEA stores and other IKEA units throughout the whole region of Asia Pacific; place the orders to IKEA IMS warehouse in Sweden and suppliers over the world; coordinate and follow-up orders and deliveries
? Provide know-how about IMS wholesale ranges, IMS frame agreement information and mechanical sales
? Support and backup iShop administrator work within Asia Pacific
? Advice for the best and most cost efficient solution for the end user according to our Equipment Strategy
? Be the main contact, building professional relations and trustful communication to the end user and other stakeholders (e.g. suppliers) as well as other functions within IMS
Is this the right challenge for you?
We are looking for a person with experience from IKEA Retail or store, or has 3+ years of working experience in big international companies. We see that you have knowledge of Equipment products and services, supply chain or call centre.
You have good computer skills and your communicating skills are excellent including good knowledge in English and Japanese, spoken and written. You are confident with your presentation skill. As a person you always look for improvement and better solutions and can turn knowledge into action. You are driven and strive against goal and results and are business minded in a cost conscious way. You are able to handle manual work and can work in a diversified environment.
You are flexible and open for changes and share and learn openly with others. You like to establish trustful and professional relations. It is natural for you to take responsibility for your own growth and development in the role.
