职位描述：
Responsibility:

-Receiving orders from our HQ and sending them to our suppliers;

-Making sure the prices on the orders are correct;

-Checking for delivery date information and following up the orders;

-Informing our HQ about delivery dates;

-Informing suppliers of the shipping ways and of forwarders information;

-Following up on the documents for shipments and sending them to our HQ;

-Keeping record of all the shipments;

-Sending claims to the suppliers and following up on them;

-Attending meeting with suppliers;

-Sourcing new suppliers in the whole Asia;

-Negotiating prices with potential/existing suppliers.


Qualification:

-University Graduate;

-Must be able to communicate in English, CET6;

-Basic knowledge of office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint;

-Independent, motivated, innovative thinker;

-Can work and solve problems independently;

-Has good interpersonal skills.
