Goals/Mission:
- Be responsible for the components localization for PH drives.
- Lead the development project of new generation PH drives.
- Be responsible for the management job of PD&L team.

Working Partners/Contacts:
- SEDS internally, LD A worldwide, Suppliers worldwide.

Tasks:
- PH Drives components localication including the specification, testing and documentation.
- New products (PH drives, ACT) localization including the specificaiton, supplier technical qualification, BoM creation, portotype assembly, testing, prototype review and documentation.
- Project Management like project scheduling, personnel arrangement, documentation.
- Communication with LD A HQ and LD A N concerning the technique issues, cooperation, R&D and localization guideline and personnel training etc.
- Assist Application Engineering and LD A Center with system solution like the VFD + Motor + PLC.
- ECR management and release.
- Assist Purchasing to do customs clearance.
- Assist the Purchasing department with the Supplier qualification.

Education:
- Master degree or above, major in Power Electronics or Electrical related.

Knowledge/Languages:
- Mastered VFD topology especially MV VFD and Power Electronics and power conversion knowledge;
- Mastered Motor control knowledge including VF control, Vector Control, DTC etc;
- Mastered understanding of Theory of Electrical Machine including Induction motor, synchronous motor. Permanent Magnet Motor. And well understanding of the mathematic Model of Motor;
- Be familiar with the transformer especially the phase-shafted transformer. Well understanding of the insulation, thermal, material and electrical design of transformer;
- Good ability in power electronic testing, stress and thermal analyze.
- Prefered Mechanical design knowledge.
- Prefered PLC programming knowledge.
- Experienced project management skill especially in R&D project;
- Prefered Quality Management knowledge;
- Team management knowledge;
- Experienced cooperation skill with international teams;
- Excellent oral and written English.

Experience:
- At least 3 years experience in Electrical related R&D area. Especially in VFD or Power conversation area. 1 years engineering experience in MV drive is prefered. 1 years esperience in MV drive application is prefered.
- 1 years in R&D project management experience.
- 2 years working experience for international company.
- 1 years collaboration experience with international teams.
