职位描述：
I. E-commerce platforms 电商平台

1) Responsible for e-store pages and banners design in close collaboration with the E-Store Manager for e-operation needs负责网店各类页面和广告图的设计，与网店店长紧密配合满足电商运营需求。

2) Responsible for all products description page design and updates
负责所有产品详情页的设计和更新

3) E-stores visualizing fixture, decoration, management for daily e-operation needs, uploading pages, banners and managing the whole structure.
负责各类网店的店铺装修，美化和管理，以满足日常电子商务运营及页面上传需要，管理整体视觉架构及风格。

4) Work closely with the E-Store Manager to optimize e-stores’ user flow, filter function and navigation function.
与网店店长紧密协作，一起优化网店的用户浏览体验，过滤功能和导航功能。

5) Develop and finalize the layout design of paid e-marketing tools inside e-platforms according to the media buying plan.
根据广告投放计划，开发和调整电商平台内所购买广告位的排版设计和媒体界面

6) All other e-platforms design work briefed by Digital Brand Management
所有其他的由电商品牌管理层指派的电商平台设计任务

II. Other occasional assignments其它可能发生的工作

1) Other occasional design assignment, e.g. in relation to Full Jet marketing or pitches to prospects
其他可能发生的工作，例如满捷公司的市场宣传资料或其他定向发布的资料

任职要求：

1) Quality and timeliness of the design work

按时完成所分配的设计工作并保证质量

2) Make sure all the design works share the same look and feel as the brand guideline

确保所有的设计作品与品牌总体风格指引相吻合


Skills and requirements
任职要求
1) Have a good art sense and experience in graphic design and online design
具备良好的艺术感，在平面设计及在线设计方面有一定的经验
2) Have a good command of different designing tools, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
 熟练应用各类基本设计软件，如Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign 等。
3) Entrepreneurial: able and willing to work in a small size start-up organization where versatility is a must and where one is asked to multitask. Can take initiatives
创业精神：具备在小规模初创公司工作的能力和意愿，有初创公司所需的多方面能力，有一定的工作主动性。

4) High level of integrity and loyalty
