职位描述：
OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION
- Coordinate all the logistics process between headquarter in Chile and our clients in China. Provide expertise to our client during the whole process, from order placing till CIQ release
- In charge of all the logistics activities for sample wine importation in GanLu.
MAIN MISSIONS
1. Importation
- Chinese back label confirmation. Be responsible for Chinese back label confirming process; make sure the Chinese back labels are aligned with both winery side and clients side.
- Order status tracking. Closely track the status of every order, coordinate between the winery and clients to ensure orders dispatch in a normal lead-time.
- Shipping Documents tracking. Coordinate between the winery and clients, make sure the shipping docs from winery are correct and on time for China clients to clear Customs and get CIQ certificates.
- Logistics issue settlement. Help clients solving the problem during the Custom clearance and CIQ Issuance.
2. Analysis
- Take care of the inventory condition of some key clients and propose the replenishment plan to ensure a smooth sales at client side.
- In charge of the import data collecting and analysis. Assist the GM with the data analyze of key competitors.
3. Customer Service
- Summarize all kind of problems arising during the logistics process, work with the HQ colleagues, and always seeking improvement of the service.
- Support Quality Manager for detailed information when clients raise claims.
- Support marketing team and sales team for any special request from clients about packaging, POS and so on.
4. 3PL management
- Well organize, monitor, payment check of the 3PL in importation, warehouse and transportation.
5. Other duties assigned by GM

RECRUITMENT CRITERIA
- University degree or above.
- Minimum of 3 years management experience in Logistics, preference in Wine Industry.
- Expert at Microsoft Office especially in Excel, knowledge of SAP is preferably.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Be able to communicate effectively with internal and external partners and HQ colleagues.
- Good command in written and spoken English.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Able to work independently and flexibly to accommodate changing business needs
