Objective- Responsible for recording of all accounting transactions on timely basis

Key Duties
- Record of the payable invoices and payment
- Checking of the periodic stock take variations
- Posting of payable invoices
- Posting of sales invoices
- Preparation of monthly provision for various major expenses
- Preparation of the monthly management reports and quarterly reports to head office
- Perform reconciliation for sub ledger and general ledger
- Handle other ad hoc assignments required by Accounting Manager

Requirement
- University or college degree with major in Accounting or Finance
- Above 2 years work experience in accounting fields with MNC
- Accountant qualification certificate
- Strong PC skills required (word, excel, etc)
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
- Fluent in English, both writing and speaking
- Demonstrates ability to learn quickly in a new environment
- Demonstrates teamwork abilities,as well as persistence and independence
- Attention to detail, hard working, ensure the accuracy and timeliness of reporting
- Able to work under pressure within deadline
