职责及任务描述
- 主要责任是为战略策划与管理中的市场营销活动，不断创造、促进和满足品牌需求
- 在整个市场宣传活动的规划与执行过程中，与销售部门紧密配合、协作与沟通
- 准备和完成市场部商品物料的采购申请
- 与各供应商协调关于物料的准时递送交付事宜
- 负责媒体公关、市场推广、产品促销活动的筹备、组织、协调等工作
- 协助公司网站的维护与推广，包括日常更新、新闻、图片和其他信息的编辑与更新
- 协助处理市场部报价、预算、合同、计划方案、时间进程表及项目跟踪工作
- 协助完成年度市场推广计划，配合执行市场/销售策略，并组织活动的实施开展
- 负责协助完成市场调研工作，定期针对市场进行预测及情报分析，及时更新提供竞争对手的信息资料
- 辅助销售部门协调好客户关系，维护及开拓现有的市场分额，不断提高客户满意度
- 定期按直接上司工作安排进行市场信息统计分析。辅助市场推广、跟进销售业务及本部门文职工作
- 协助完成产品宣传设计、目录册制作及其它图文处理
- 部门内的文件录入、影印、扫描、传真等日常文案工作
- 完成直接上司交办的其他各项工作任务


任职资格及要求
- 大学专科以上学历；市场营销、传播学、秘书文案、公共关系类相关专业。
- 两年以上市场推广领域工作经验，有广告公司从业经验优先。
- 具有市场调研与及市场活动的组织策划能力；具有市场公关、商务礼仪等常识，优秀的外联与公关能力，服务意识强
- 能独立处理各环节的基本辅助工作，具备突发事件的应急处理能力；优秀的数据分析与汇总能力
- 具备一定的市场宣传及推广工作经历；独立负责并参与过各类宣传/发布会等活动
- 良好的文字撰写能力与人际沟通协调能力；有强烈的敬业精神与责任心，遵守职业道德与操守
- 具备积极创新意识；语言表达能力强，思路清晰，逻辑思维周密；团队合作精神佳
- 熟练掌握办公自动化软件(如Word, Excel, PPT等)，尤其是Photoshop，CorelDraw，Illustration等设计类软件
- 大学英语4级以上，英语听说读写流利
- 工作认真细致、细心谨慎、主动性强

Job Objective:
The principal responsibility of the incumbent is to create, promote and satisfy continuous demand for the brand through the strategic planning and tactical management of marketing communications and activities.


Key Duties:
Work closely with sales department in the planning and implementation of promotion activities.
Work closely with sales and merchandising departments in new product strategies, new product communication and launch.
Coordinate marketing activities.
Prepare acquisition request for purchase of marketing material.
Coordinate with vendors on timely delivery of marketing materials.
Handle other projects as required by superior.
Proficient at using OA software, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, CorelDraw, etc


Requirements:
University graduate
Good command of English preferred
Hard working and be good team player
2 years marketing experience
Good planning and coordination capability
