- For our Infrastructure & City Sector in Shanghai we are looking for a Strategy Specialist at the earliest opportunity.
- To develop and promote strategic initiatives for the IC sector in NEA and ASP Clusters

What are my responsibilities?
1) Support NEA/ASP IC Sector management on:
- Strategy communication - prepare slides and speaking notes for both internal (SAG, NEA/ASP) and external conferences/presentations;
- Strategy execution - drive cross-division/cluster/sector projects, and integrate the strategic topics into the Siemens planning process, etc.;
- Planning execution - coordinate divisions' budget target implementation and fulfillment.
2) Support NEA/ASP IC Sector level strategy development:
- Collect and analyze market and competition information;
- Identify and propose growth/M&A strategy, efficiency/synergy improvement initiatives, etc.;
- Develop programs to implement strategies;
- Facilitate, monitor, follow up and feedback strategy implementation process.
3) Coordinate NEA/ASP IC Sector's business review with divisions:
- Set up and facilitate in-depth review meetings to help SCL gain sufficient understanding to the business conditions.
4) Support NEA/ASP IC Sector divisions in developing strategies.
5) Support on other departments and topics, including but not limited to:
- Support other IC departments when needed, e.g. IC NEA CC in strategy communication.
- Support IC HQ/NEA/ASP Cluster on developing strategic topics/initiatives, e.g. Game Changing Strategy, Philos CRM, NPS, etc.
- Support other Sector management requested activities.
