职位描述：
OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB 岗位目的
Indirect Buyer is mainly responsible for sourcing and procuring NPM materials to support production requirement and managing supplier’s performance.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
? Work within multi-plant (JV and WOFE) structure to drive plant NPM strategies and actions to achieve budget and reduce cost;
? Responsible for sourcing and supplier management for NPM commodity including manufacturing MRO commodity, compliance with global NPM sourcing process
 Lead commodity RFQ (request for quotation) or bidding project;
? Work closely with commodity manager/operating plant to meet savings & strategic supplier purchasing volume and prolong of payment term target;
Input for GFE list through regional commodity and align with commodity strategy
Work with the operating plant to track project progress and update progress into the project tracking database;
? Manage supply base including creation or renewal of contracts, purchase orders or agreements;
? Conduct supplier assessments for potential new suppliers;
? Maintain all records and documentation, of requests for quotation purchase order initiation, cost reduction reporting and all other daily transactions in accordance with established ZF TRW Policies and procedures.
? Support Regional and Global Commodity Manager on monthly/regional reporting.


KEY COMPETENCIES 资格能力要求
? Fluent Chinese with a strong ability to communicate in English;
? Nice personal character with integrity;
? Strong oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, and computer skills;
? Strong customer focus for the Plant and Tech Center interfaces;
? Perform all duties in a professional manner, with a high degree of purchasing business ethics, working independently and obtaining goal-oriented results.

4. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE教育及经验要求
? Educational: Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing, Business, Engineering or related field.
? Experience: More than 5 years experience of global sourcing in foreign companies. Experience with global or regional sourcing processes and decision making will be an added advantage. 举报 分享
