OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB
Diagnosis/ Test Technician is a position mainly handles Level 1 & 2 and 2.5 analyses of production line failed parts and customer warranty claims.
Assist Diagnosis Engineers to finish test and validation.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
？ L1/L2 analysis of rejected part from production line.
？ L1/L2 analysis of rejected 0km/warranty to Diagnosis Engineers from routine job and support Diagnosis Engineer to finish L2/L2.5 analysis on time.
？ Routinely check first off part as a support to Production/Quality.
？ Finish/Update PFR report per agreed schedule.
？ Weekly update reject tracking list and summarize status/progress, escalate issue properly.
？ Attend Daily Sunrise meeting and work with team (Support Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and/or Supplier) to address/fix major issues.
？ Laboratory instructions developing and updating.


KEY COMPETENCIES
？ Good English reading/writing at least.
？ Can use MS Work, Excel, and PowerPoint effectively.
？ Knowledge of In-Circuit Diagnosis, Functional Diagnosis, PCB etc.
？ Familiar with single-chip system is a plus.
？ Knowledge of CCP and CANape script
？ Skilled in common equipment test such as oscilloscope, power supply, multimeter, etc


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
？ Educational: College degree with Electronic Engineering background
？ Experience: Preferred with working experience of automotive businesses. 2 Years plus work experience relative test/maintenance.
