职位描述：
Job Responsibilities岗位职责：

1. Effective management of all incoming calls and visitors reception professionally.
2. Receive and coordinate distribution of parcel, mail, fax etc.
3. Portal administrator for travel application and company car management.
4. Office supplies management & purchasing, monthly expense collection and checking, including delivery, water, office snack, stationery, etc.
5. Staffs’ travel management; correspondence with the visa, check the monthly ticket bill and do the payment application. Monthly travel report required by Finance team.
6. Prepare invitation letter for foreign visitors & pick up service.
7. Shuttle bus & house keeping management.
8. IT Helpdesk maintenance.
9. Other company purchasing support.
10. Personal Assistant for MD and Sr. Managers (claim, travel, etc.)
11. Update employee’s telephone book timely.
12. Employee card, seat card and name card execution.
13. Coordinating with real estate.
14. Support monthly/annual activity. (Snack meeting in every Friday, team building, Annual Dinner, non-scheduled Lunch Ride, Annual physical check, Holiday employee benefits)
15. Support Tmall after-sales problem.
16. Other duties required by the company.

? Willing to cooperate other employees
? Passion and enthusiasm on cycling & sports is plus.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE 教育背景:
? Bachelor degree.
? 1 year of relevant experience in Admin functions
? Good command in both written and spoken English
