职 位：助理供应商开发工程师Assistant Sourcing Engineer
最低学历：本科（2018年毕业的学生可以先实习，考核通过可以转正）

Job Description:
Identify opportunities to source parts or products considering technical and quality requirements;
Process RFQs, handling samples request and qualification, negotiate prices and terms with suppliers;
Develop competitive supplier to meet company requirements according to defined targets;
Review the performance of suppliers on regular basis and drive improvement action plan regard to quality, delivery and cost reduction;
Build up good relationship with supplier to achieve win-win business model;
Deal with supplier quality issue, drive preventive plan and corrective action plan;
Maintain supplier base data and supplier AVL, monitor and control supplier audit plan;
Other tasks assigned by department manager;

Requirements:
 Full-time Bachelor's degree;
 Over 2 years working experience;
 Proactive to resolve complicated issues;
 Ability of building up good relationship with cross function team;
 Desire to learn supplier management skills and has aspiration to be a professional sourcing;
 Strong computer application and data analysis skills, including MS office and ERP system;
 Good English communication skills, result oriented, proactive and loyal with good morality;
 Knowhow of Quality management or project management will be a plus;
