职位描述：
职责包括:
要遵循 & 了解市场环境，协助开发经理的销售策略，帮助实施战略。网络与海外伙伴 / 办事处，以确保达到预先设定的销售目标
主要工作︰
1，根据目标的分配原则，找到销售领域和发展相关的目标
2，组织您自己的时间，最大限度地运用时间、 努力销售
3，拜访重要客户和处理复杂的问题，得出客户的***解决方案
4，与所有相关职能部门进行合作。根据客户提供的信息和要求提高服务质量
5，创建相关销售报表的管理、 监督和评价。根据数量、 方向、 质量标准的数据进行销售活动
6，熟练使用销售管理工具。了解目标客户信息。
7，收集和分析市场信息，特别是竞争对手的信息，并调整相应的销售策略
8，适当的资源分配和管理工作人员致力于全球、 区域和国家目标和指标的实现
9，与团队成员制定 Kpi。
要求
至少 2 年以上相关工作经验。
优秀的演示文稿、 沟通和谈判技能
熟练 Office 应用程序中
需要一些出差
由于您的日常工作将由通信与我们自己的分支机构和我们的商业伙伴 — — 在中国和海外-你应该能够用英文和中文的语言清楚地表达自己。


Your responsibilities in this role include
  
To follow & understand the market environment, assist to develop the sales strategy with Manager and help to implement strategy.

Network with overseas partners / offices to ensure achieving the pre-set sales target
Accountabilities:

? According to the goal assignments principle, mark off field to the sales and develop related target
? Organizing your own time management to maximize time & sales efforts
? Visit the key customer and handle complex problems to get customer best Solution
? Cooperate with all related functions. Deliver customers information, requirement and improve the service quality
? Create relevant sales report for Management, supervise and evaluate the sales activities according to the quantity, aspect and quality standard
? Use the sales manage tool proficiently. Understand the target customer information and sales working effort
? Collect and analyst market information, especially the competitor’s information, and adjust relevant sales strategy
? Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to the achievement of Global, Regional and Country objectives and targets
? Develop KPIs with team members.

Requirements

? At least 2 years or above relevant working experience.
? Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skill
? Be skillful in Office applications
? Maybe some travelling involved

Since your daily work would consist of communication with our own branch offices and our business partners - both in China and overseas - you should be able to express yourself clearly in English and Chinese languages. 举报 分享
