职位描述：
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES：
a. Feedback Quality Issues found in process to suppliers' for improvement and making preventive actions, verify the CPAs feedback from supplier.
b. Lead the Investigation, find the solution and fixed of NCRs found during process together with relevant responsible functions.
c. Make in time identification of the failure parts with relevant stickers in case NCR Parts identified in process.
d. Follow up the NCR/DMR whether closed against requested close requirements.
e. Make sure supplier come factory in an EHS complied way when making repair/work here in factory.
f. Participate in the approval inspection of prototypes/samples to make trial assembling at production and give feedback in time to relevant project leader in case any problem found.
g. Follow up the status of new ECN implemented parts and make sure the traceability list is available for tracking for ECN implementation status.
h. Handling Stock NCR Parts in a quick and effective way to make sure no NCR parts in stock with idle status.
I: Provide Training and Coaching to relevant Inspectors, QCs and Operators of application of Quality Technical Tools ,Quality Awareness and procedures.
j. Drive Quality Continuous Improvement Activities for Components Quality, Process Assembling as well as relevant Processes/Procedures Improvement or Update.
k. Customer or Front line feedback Quality issues handling in a systematic way for example by 8D.
l. COQ Statistic in a regular way.
m. Update the Quality Control Plan and finish the check gate;
n. Finish IPV every day and release and closed quality alert by quality issue.
o. Handling of other tasks assigned by Quality Supervisor.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
a. Background of Electronic knowledge is necessary.
b. Strong knowledge of assembly process, machining, welding process and painting process.
c. Communication skills with different kinds of person.
d. Principle Oriented, Mature, and with Integrity, can work under pressure, clear logical
e. Understand ISO/TS international quality system.
f. Good PC skills.
g. Normal gauge application (calipers, plug gauge, etc)
h. Good team work spirit.
i. Practice application of Quality tools and methodologies.
