职位描述：
About The Role:

Sales manager will be responsible for promoting financial derivatives from ADS platform.
An intern is also preferred and we will pay you by monthly or per day.

Responsibilities include:

Set individual sales targets with sales team
Delegate responsibility for customer accounts to sales personnel
Co-ordinate sales action plans with sales team
Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales goals
Provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team
Assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals
Generate timely sales reports
Assist with market research and competitor and customer analysis
Develop promotional ideas and material
Attend trade meetings and industry conventions


Education and Experience

business degree or related professional qualification
technical sales skills
proven experience in customer relationship management
knowledge of market research
relevant product and industry knowledge
experience with relevant financial derivatives
