JOB SUMMARY / PURPOSE 工作概要/目标:

? Manage and supervise smooth, efficient and effective daily store operations
监督管理店内的日常运作,确保其顺畅高效。
? Responsible and accountable for daily store revenue
负责店内日常收入。
? Responsible to manage, supervise and direct employees.
负责管理,监督及指导员工。
? To maximize store revenue through effective up-selling and suggestive selling.
通过有效的促销推荐手段扩大店内收入。
? Provide reports on operations to Head Office in terms of revenue, operations, functions, staffing and the like.
向总部提供相关报告。包括但不仅限于收入、运作、职能及员工安置等。
? Carry out all functions in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
根据公司制定的政策和程序执行各项职能。
? To create a working environment that supports the Company vision and values.
创造一个有利 于实现公司远景,并符合公司价值观的工作环境。
? To deliver outstanding customer service, constantly trying to exceed customer expectations by service, efficiency and product knowledge.

RESPONSIBILITIES 职责描述:
? Having detailed knowledge of, and reinforcing company values and goals including but not limited to customer service, customer recognition, cross training and positive working attitude and environment.
具备详尽的知识,明确公司的价值观和目标。包括但不仅限于客户服务、客户识别、轮岗培训及积极的工作态度、环境。
? Getting members of the team to work cooperatively with others
使团队中的所有成员团结协作。
? Keeping the team up to date about departmental and company activities through regular communication
运用正规的沟通手段及时向员工传达部门和公司的动向。
? Staff training including assisting and supervising training when required
协助或完成必需的员工培训。
? Assessing staff performance against Standards, and developing action plans to address shortfalls in the Standard
按照公司制定的标准完成员工工作评估,并针对标准的不足之处提交改进计划。
? Manage daily briefing and weekly operations meetings when required
完成必要的每日小结及每周运营会议。
? Manage all in-store maintenance issues and work with engineering to maintain highest standards at all times
负责店内所有日常维护工作,并与工程部协作确保达到最高标准。
? Manage cashier and POS system and report incidents and unusual events to duty manager
负责管理收银及电子收款机系统,并及时向当值经理汇报故障及任何非正常情况。
? Manage opening and closing cashier procedures including daily revenue reports and MC reports
负责店内日常收帐和关帐流程,并提交日常及月度收入报告。
? Manage all stocktaking procedures
负责所有存货盘点。
? Work with Head Chef for smooth and efficient daily store operation
与主厨沟通协作,确保店内日常运作顺畅高效。

JOB REQUIREMENTS 要求:
? Have previous management experience (F&B operations and)
? 具有丰富的相关管理经验。(餐饮)
? Have excellent written and verbal understanding of English
? 具备流利的英文口语及书面表达能力。
? Oversee and manage restaurant section including maintaining and updating bar and menu lists, and working with the kitchen to maintain the best quality food service
? 监督管理餐厅区域内的各项工作,包括维护更新菜单及酒单等,与厨房沟通协作以确保提供最高质量的食品服务。
? Oversee and manage retail section including but not limited to in store presentation, sourcing new products, initiating effective and timely in-store promotions, and working with storeman to control ordering, receiving and wastage
? 监督管理零售区域内的各项工作,包括但不仅限于店内宣传,新品拓展,及时高效地完成店内推荐,与仓管员沟通协作以控制定货,收货及消耗。
? Take charge and oversee store stocktaking procedures including reporting to head office at the end of each month.
? 负责、监督店内存货盘点,包括每月底向总部提交相关报告。
? Conduct regular staff trainings including coordinating, developing and maintaining staff training within the store, and hiring new staff and/or giving hire recommendations to the Head Office
? 负责正式员工的相关培训。包括协调、改进及进行店内培训;雇用新员工;向总部提交相关建议及推荐。
? Prepare and attend daily briefing and weekly operations meetings and relevant points actioned
? 准备、负责店内的每日小结、每周运营会议及其他有关公司运营动向的相关会议。
? Maintain maintenance of the store, including but not limited to preparing and following maintenance schedules, ensure all the equipment in the store is in good condition and taking immediate action to fixing and solving maintenance problems.
? 负责店内各项维护。包括但不仅限于准备和完成维护日程;及时发现和解决各项维护问题以确保店内所有设备日常运转正常。
? Manage cashier, including Micros and POS systems and take action of associated and unusual incidents relating to cashier area.
? 管理店内的收银、刷卡系统;处理收银区的各项故障及非正常情况。
? Responsible for all cashier procedures including reviewing and revising opening and closing procedures regularly and completing daily revenue reports and distributing to Head Office within the specified time
? 负责店内所有收款流程,包括例行检查、修正收银标准流程;在指定时间内向总部提交每日收入报告。
? Assist Events Coordinator with catering and events for general enquiries, set up, execution, breakdown and payment of events
? 与活动策划协调员沟通协作并提供支持。包括但不仅限于咨询、布置、操作、费用等。
? Have effective communication skills with employees, customers and guests, internal staff and senior management
? 具备有效的沟通技巧,包括与员工、客户、客人及高级管理人员。
? Have a positive, “can do” attitude towards customer service and any other reasonable request made of customers, peers and management
? 具有积极主动的服务意识,能应对任何来自于客户,同事及管理人员的合理要求。

五年以上西餐工作经验,三年以上管理经验,中英文书写和口语流利,形象良好。
做五休二,上班时间9小时左右。
