Event Management:

活动管理

·
Support the planning, execution, and management
of regional events at which eToro China participates, including – but not
limited to – expos, seminars, IB seminars, conferences, salons, meetups, Gala
Dinner, etc., by working with event subcontractors, coordinators, vendors, and
internal marketing manager/supervisor, designers for on-site collateral

·
Organize off-line marketing events, calculate budget, do rehearsal,
carry out on the site and follow up with the outcome and feedback after events

·
Collect offline market information, analyse and report to support marketing
director’s decision making

·
Liaise with major industry event organisers to define eToro China’s
level of sponsorship and participation as to ensure optimal brand awareness and
market penetration, in line with the marketing budget

Promotion Strategy Coordination:

推广策略协作

·
Collaborate closely with sales department to identify and advise on
suitable events and initiatives to increase the market awareness in support of
active sales campaigns and IB’s development

·
Translation paperwork from headquarter

·
E-newsletter planning and execution

·
SMS planning and execution

·
Complete the legal contract and financial payment process on time

·
Attend and actively participate in competitor’s events as required to
support the overall promotion strategy

Marketing Material Management:

营销物料管理

·
Identify and manage the selection of suppliers for marketing printings,
gifts and materials, including brochure, leaflet, roll-up, banner, background
plate, h5, and any other items to assist with company’s brand and positioning

·
Manage, track, and maintain the onsite stock of marketing and
advertising collateral to ensure availability to support active offline events
