商务助理
(一) 执行销售流程及内部采购 (90%):
- 接通和转接客户电话
- 根据客户信息,在ERP系统中建立客户,生成报价,创建销售订单
- 沟通客户付款事宜
- 利用ERP系统完成收款,发货流程,发票打印、打包以及联系快递
- 配合销售需求信息,在ERP系统中组织内部采购,跟踪采购订单并完成收货
- 进口货物报关资料准备和协调
- 管理库存、根据销售需求预测组织备货
- 管理客户合同、供应商认证等文件资料
- 维护客户数据库
(二) 办公室管理 (10%):
- 人事档案、福利、人员进出等管理
- 负责接听电话,问候及协助到访者
- 维持办公室整洁卫生
- 为CEO直接提供行政支持
- 根据CEO的要求,执行其他各类任务
岗位要求:
- 具备基本的英语听说写能力
- 具备使用互联网基本能力
- 良好的组织和沟通能力优先
- 独立工作,工作准确细心优先
- 了解基本供应链流程
- 良好的执行力
Sales and Purchasing (90%)
- Connect and transfer customer calls
- Communicate with customer payments
- Generate quotes, create sales orders and in the ERP system, handling customer VAT invoices, goods packing and delivery
- Process supplier invoices and supplier payments in the ERP system
- Preparing import goods custom clearance documents
- Handle inventory, purchasing, warehousing and logistics which base on sales demand and forecast
- Manage the sales order, supplier contract.
- Maintain customer database
- Organize internal purchasing projects
Office Management (10%)
- Manage HR document, payroll etc.
- Receptionist for answering incoming calls, greeting and assisting visitors.
- Maintain general office tidiness
- Provide direct administrative support to CEO
- Perform other tasks as identified by the CEO
Candidate Profile
- Excellent English skills – oral, reading and writing
- Good internet skills, including use of e-mail programs and group messaging
- Good organizational skills and record keeping (attention to detail is critical)
- Ability to work independently, accurately and skilled in establishing priorities
- Familiar with supply chain is preferred
- Ability to follow instructions
