Education & working experience requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Material Engineering
Experience in tooling design of stamping, castings and plastic products at least 2 years.
Experience in Quality control at least 2 years.
Experience in project/product management for at least 2 years.
Familiar with Solidworks, Pro-E or other 3D software.
Familiar with MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
Good and effective communication skills in English and Chinese (Reading, writing, listening and speaking)
Availability to travel extensively.
Essential functions:
Primarily support the daily-based tasks.
Manage a variety of projects from several departments of the Garden division.
Grasp the products and engineering Knowledge, quality criteria.
Ability to interact heavily Garden relevant departments and counterparts to coordinate the interrelationship withthe suppliers in overall sourcing activities and project management.
Efficient communication in verbal and written manner to handle multi-tasks and to perform under pressure.
Manage a variety of projects in different locations by ensuring NPD and migration projects are completed in a smoothly and timely manner.
Responsible for overall engineering and quality issues, such as design evaluation, manufacturing process control and analysis, product spec card and standard and packaging requirements as well as trouble shooting.
Acting as liaison in coordinating and facilitating communications between Garden and suppliers.
Assist in sourcing activities, including the supplier audit, assessment,on-site technical support.
Set inspection standard and related documents, track project deployment status, follow up project milestones.
Provide guidance and training of the suppliers' site inspectors and perform the pre-audit inspections in alignment with the quality team.
