Key Accountabilities 主要职责:
HRIS Implementation & Upgrade
? Lead in implementing and managing Global HRIS strategy (Workday, Saba, ADP) and local HRIS if any.
? Lead and work with the various team leads and Global /Regional HRIS team/Local HRIS vendor to provide Workday/ Saba /ADP upgrade and maintenance.
? Build up partnership with IT department to support HRIS projects and manage vendors.
? Support other HR function on designing, developing and implementing HRIS relative initiatives
? Support global/regional employee master data definition/mapping for North Asia and ensure that global/regional data requirements are met.
? Process employee records by conducting audits to ensure validity and integrity of the HRIS data across North Asia. Ensure global data standards are adhered to where applicable.
Local HRIS /ESS Administration
? Lead to manage and maintain current HRIS systems.
? Enable effective change management practices.
? Identify in-country business requirements/problems and leverage global/local HR resources to provide solid solutions.
? Participate in new HR process/procedures re-design in conjunction of HRIS.
? Lead the test for the system upgrade/new project
Dashboard and Reporting
? Develop, design and prepares standard and customized HR reports, ensuring accuracy and comprehensiveness in accordance with the requests and HR practices;
? Writes, maintains, and supports a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools;
? Review and manage HRIS report requests from other departments.
? Develop and execute the dashboard to measure the quality of operation process
Workday, Saba and ADP System Training
? Ensure HR, managers and employees are properly trained and fully utilize HR systems.
? Assist in training new HR system users to become knowledgeable of and confident in the use and navigation of HRIS and report writing;
? Provide ongoing communication & training on processes/functionality and upgrades;
Vendor Management
? Coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth operation of HR activities, including HRIS vendor
? Clear KPI set for vendors
