职位描述：
Technical Manager, Business Assurance China (base in Shanghai)

Reporting to Business Assurance Manager in Shanghai

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
This position is responsible for Technical control of RINA (Shanghai) Quality and Technical Services Co Ltd.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Based on quality procedures and quality manuals to review whether all steps are properly taken for issuing certificate;
2. List and explain non-compliance to related parties and handle certification related enquiries, provide necessary support to other departments;
3. Keep study on relevant laws, standards, and directives of testing & certification market surveillance, and provide related information to relevant parties;
4. Record any valued experience and coordinate with other certification bodies regarding technical and operational issues;
5. Seek the certification process optimization in the offices;
6. Deliver training as required;
7. Liaise with the competent Chinese authorities in order to obtain, maintain and manage accreditations
8. Other duties as assigned by company.


JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor degree, major in engineering related, etc;
2. Qualification of ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS-18001
3. At least 15 years related experience in certification and testing industry;
4. Fluent in Spoken & Written English
5. Good command of international & European Standard Directives (such as ISO, IEC, EN, VDE);
6. Good interpersonal and communication skills; Good business development and project management skill; Ability to make fast and proper decisions
7. Well organized and detail oriented, good problem solving skills;
8. Good teamwork spirit, ability to manage multiple tasks and able to work well under pressure
