职位描述：
Responsibilies:
1. Develop and maintain working relationships with customers and suppliers, both internal and external.
2. Provide product line support with respect to product or component quality, gaging and data interpretation issues.
3. Manage documents pertaining to manufacturing and quality (process flows, PFMEA’s, control plans, quality alerts, visual OCR’s, etc.)
4. Facilitate improvement activities with other disciplines in areas of cost reduction and other improvements, with the end result of improving profitability.
5. Support the K2 process by providing Quality support to all potential new projects.
6. Continuous education to others of Quality policies and procedures.
7. Resolve customer issues through communication and/or plant visits.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in related field.
2. Familiar with auto industry.
3. Minimum of 5 years manufacturing and quality engineering experience including experience with TS 16949 and ISO requirements.
4. Have strong team spirit and accept heavy work load under great pressure.
5. Good communication skills and MS Office proficiency.
