职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、根据公司经营目标和策略，制定并执行公司行政相关政策，如用车制度、差旅制度、采购流程等；
2、直接参与公司办公室装修、车辆管理、办公室保洁、保安的管理，协助公司文印和宣传工作；
3、负责对外供应商和物业的外联；
4、对内负责4-6下属员工的内部管理和工作分配，指导、管理公司的日常行政工作，公正、合理地评估公司员工的绩效；
4、 及时根据公司高层要求，调整办公室运营规则和行政管理各项作业流程，确保其有效实施，完成公司高层临时布置的任务与工作；
5、协助其他分公司开展办公室相关工作。
 
 任职要求：
1、26—35岁，3-5年相关经验，本科以上学历，行政管理或工商管理类专业，本地户口优先。
2、良好的英语能力，有外企和跨国公司经验者优先。
2、具备解决突发事件的能力；较强的分析、解决问题能力，思路清晰。
3、具有良好的协调能力和沟通能力，有一定的管理经验。
4、考虑问题细致；对现代企业行政管理模式有系统的了解和实践经验积累。

Alchip Technologies Limited was founded in 2002 by semiconductor veterans from Silicon Valley and Japan with a business focus on turnkey fabless ASIC production for System-on-Chip (SoC) designs.
