职位描述：
我们是一家全球量化基金，在纽约，香港和上海分别设立办公室，采用量化方式交易全球股票期货市场。
现上海团队招聘技术负责人（head of technology), 负责如下工作：
1. 设计开发核心交易/风控系统.
2. 参与开发实现新交易策略。
3. 协助公司领导拟定技术方案，参与组建技术团队，指导其他技术人员。
 
要求具备如下能力：
1. 3年以上软件开发经验，必须精通C++ ，linux 和 socket 编程和多线程开发。
2. 不要求具备金融行业经验。但如有经纪商柜台系统开发经历优先录用。
3. 踏实肯干，不浮躁。

This role will :
1. Design and develop our core trading system and risk system.
2. Develop new trading strategies using C++.
3. Provide cutting-edge solutions and guide the junior developers.

This role need below skills:
1. At least 3 years coding experience on C/C++.
2. Familiar with linux, socket programming.
3. It will nice if candidate also has experience in Qt, stock/futures API.
4. We will give priority to those who has experience on broker system development.
5. Hard work and enthusiasm on coding are preferred, don't need leader/managerment experience. 举报 分享
