Purchasing/Logistics assistant
Responsibilities:

Purchase & Logistic assistance
- Update regular database and reports. Creat database for certain analysis.
- Confirm and coordiante inspection& shipping schedule with suppliers
- Documents checking : Commercial invoice, Packing list, Bill of landing etc, check and verify accounts payable paperwork for correct quantities, address, pricing, Communicate with suppliers for documents sending on-time.
- Logistic tracking, make sure suppliers send booking to forwarder timely, communicate with forwarder for boat schedule; communicate with suppliers for consolidation coordination.
- Sample: communicate with suppliers for sample delivery & packing, express & Transportation arrangement
- Comminicate and Service to Headquarter in France

Office Administration
- Supporting Office Manager in Administration and Finance,
- Go to bank and tax bureau regularly, collecting documents and declaration ;
- Express and posting activities, tracking with suppliers and sending samples;
- Booking flight, Hotel, arrange trip schedule, check expense report.
- Scan and sending documents to suppliers .
- Translate documents when necessary
- Certain data or market information analysis

Knowledge Required for Position :
- candidates with at least 2-5 years experience in International Trading, export process;
- Basic knowledge of financial duties, office administration,
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills
- Good command of written and Reading English
- Excellent skills for Excel, Outlook 举报 分享
