I Employment Requirements
？ Experience / Education:
- College degree or above, major in Mechanical or with experience of hydraulic is preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience as quality inspector in mechanical manufactory, hydraulic industry experience is preferred
 ？ Skills:
- Very good willing in working quality area
- Capability to understand inspection drawings or specification
- Good proficiency in using measurement tools
- Know ISO 9001 and quality inspection system
- Able to write and read in English
- PC skills
- Good team work spirit
II Job Description
The main responsibilities and duties of the Employee shall include but are not limited to:
？ Production quality control work
- Processing quality inspection during internal project prefabrication & write inspection report
- Control finished goods quality
- Testing & flushing witness & use testing equipment and create data records or report preparation
？ Supplier quality control
- Raw material quality control
- Measure and test incoming local materials, collect test data and establish inspection report
- Report the non-conformity to quality manager
- Assist to process supplier non-conformity
？ Customer quality control
- Assist to process the customer claims
？ Additional tasks
- Report in time for any quality problems found for problem analysis
- Main user of the inspection equipment, responsibility for outside calibration and daily maintenance of the inspection equipment
- Provide assistance when needed in Quality Dept. 举报 分享
