Responsibilities Administrative Role:
? Coordinate, prepare, edit, proof read all documentation including proposals, presentations, etc.
? Organize, update, and manage expense forms and/or reports, as required
? Work closely with BD Team to ensure that all marketing and administrative needs are met
? Coordinate and organize meetings and required materials for conference calls and video conferences
? Provide support to an assigned team in the development of proposals, presentations, RFQ requirements, and any other additional sales aids as needed
? Filing & project folder management within the Business Development department
? Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities assigned Marketing Responsibilities
? Assist in editing marketing collateral and communications
? Leverage and create templates to create/draft/modify complex presentation slides in PowerPoint or other media formats
? Organize information and maintain a database for marketing purposes using market link and other CRM documents
? Assist in developing the distribution of e-blasts, direct mail and WeChat posts
? Engage with marketing vendors as required
Qualifications:
? Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
? Strong proficiency with all applicable software packages including but not limited to MS Windows; MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Adobe Creative Suites - Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
? Post-secondary education
? Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant work experience required, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
o Experience in the real estate, commercial workplace sector is a plus
? Must have strong organizational and time management skills
? Must be able to adapt and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
o May require on-call activity after regular office hours
? Must operate with a sense of urgency, quickly responding to stakeholders
? Must be proactive and take initiative
? Must be able to maintain confidentiality, utilize judgment, and work with minimal supervision
? Experience managing and collecting client information is a plus
? Experience with social media
? Have worked with an international team before
