Key responsibilities:

1. Drafting legal documents, legal translation work
2. Provide FDI related legal advice / handle incorporation procedures of WFOEs, FICE and JV
3. Support our lawyers with cases and filing documents
4. General administrative work

Requirements:

1. Studying for a law degree (2nd-4th year bachelor or master student)
2. Good knowledge of PRC foreign investment laws and regulations
3. Ability to read, interpret, draft, modify, review and translate legal documents
4. Excellent spoken and written English
5. Excellent communication skills and team player
6. Experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook 举报 分享
