职位描述：

The Quality Manager can lead a Root Cause analysis of repeated quality issues, and then work with production and engineering teams to lead efforts to eliminate root causes, by reviewing quality history, standards and current manufacturing practices.

1.Set up the company's quality system, formulating the quality systems for different projects based on the customers’ requirements.
2.Build up the quality management team, train and manage the people, assess their performance periodically.
3.Manage the customer’s complains, find out the problems and give the solution.
4.Drive to apply for the quality system certified, such as ISO 9001, 14000, etc and manage the implementation.
5.Coordinate with the internal departments to do the continuously process improvement.
6.Conduct lean manufacturing improvements, 5s management.
7.Train the operators to improve the products quality and work efficiency.
8.Other assignments by the supervisor.

主要职责：
1.建立质量体系，从产品开发、设计、生产制造、到安装过程中所有产品质量管理，具体包括：和项目部合作，控制产品设计开发过程中的质量管理和供应商选择的质量符合要求；
2.负责推荐全面质量管理，运用质量管理体系理论，提高质量管理要求，监控公司及供应商质量管理体系的实施和维护，满足客户质量要求，并制定持续改进计划，降低不良率和投诉。供应商开发过程中质量管理要求和来料质量管理，使得符合公司产品要求；3.协调供应商好公司各部门界定和处置不合格品；配合工程设计部门，拟定、更新各工序半成品及成品的检验规范，甚至作业指导说明书。
4.领导产品质量管理和检验团队，采取预防性措施，保障产品在生产过程中半成品、成品均符合要求。快速响应客户现场质量问题，及时协调沟通予以有效满意的解决。
5.公司各种产品检验检具的管理，并做好维护记录。各种质量控制文件的管理，记录的管理。
6.主持公司质量有关会议，持续推动公司的质量管理和有关培训，降低损失，提高满意度。
7.导入精益生产和5s 管理。
8.培训操作工，使得提升产品质量合格率，提升效率。
9.其他上级主管交付的工作任务。

Qualification:

- Min 8 years work experience

- Min 2 years in Manufacturing Engineering position, preferably in automotive company

- Six Sigma Black Belt certificate

八年以上工作经验；

至少两年以上制造工程技术职位背景，汽车行业有关职位佳。
