? Be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

TASKS任务
Analyze data to identify sales opportunities
分析数据以确定销售机会
Visit customers, collect information to be able to create a quote
拜访客户，收集信息，以便创建报价
Generate the offer and do the follow-up
生成报价并执行后续行动
Participate to the sales negotiation and closing
参与销售谈判和结束
Attend the sales & marketing event (conference, exhibitions...)
参加销售和市场活动（会议、展览……）
Update the status of the sales project in the centralized database
更新集中数据库中销售项目的状态
Weekly report to the management
每周向管理层提交报告
Generate timely sales reports
及时生成销售报告
Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue
预测年度、季度和月度销售收入
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS教育和经验要求
BS/MS degree in business development or a related field
商业发展或相关领域的学士/硕士学位
Background in sales, pharma and/or chemical and process equipment
销售、制药和/或化工和工艺设备方面的背景
At least 3 years work experience as sales engineer
至少3年销售工程师工作经验
Mandarin mother language, fluent in English written and spoken, other languages are welcome
普通话母语，流利的英语书写和口语能力，欢迎使用其他语言。
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
证明销售计划从计划到结束的能力
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
优秀的指导、辅导和人员管理技能
Knowledge of GMP, ATEX, pharma standards is a plus
GMP知识，ATEX认证，制药标准者优先
Acceptable with frequent travel (around 50% of work days, but not weekend)
