（1）5+ year experience work experience within or related to sheet metal industry
5年以上钣金及相关行业工作经验
（2）Outstanding organizational skills

（3）Bachelor or above degree in mechanical engineering or similar
机械及相关专业本科及以上学历
（4）Outgoing, good personality, proactive, adaptive and flexible and a strong sense of responsibility
性格外向，个性良好，具有良好的主动性、适应性和灵活性，责任心强
（5）Loyal to the company on all levels

（6）Team player

（7）Fluent in English & Mandarin in both writing & oral
流利的英语及普通话的读写能力及口头表达能力
（8）Familiar with computer and office software, and customer management software;
熟练使用电脑及Office软件，及客户管理软件
（9）C driver license
有驾照
（10）Own car
自备车
（11）With some experience of machine manufacturing industry and related technical components and functions.

2、Job Description
      职位描述
The main responsibilities and duties of the Employee shall include but are not limited to:
员工主要工作职责包含但不限于：
（1）Be proactive, constructive and flexible in a positive manner.

（2）Observe the vision, mission and values of the CIDAN GROUP.
观察CIDAN集团的愿景、使命和价值；
（3）Packaging of CIDAN equipment before delivery to customers
CIDAN设备发送至客户之前进行打包；
（4）Onsite installation of CIDAN equipment at customers
在客户所指定现场进行CIDAN设备的安装；
（5）Internal training towards colleagues
给予公司员工内部培训；
（6）External training towards customers
给予客户的对外培训；
（7）Master the latest technology knowledge of company products through self-studying and training, and give the best support to CMTS sales force and CMTS customers on technical issues.
通过自学及培训掌握本公司产品的***知识，在技术方面给予CMTS的销售团队及CMTS的客户最大的支持；
（8）Make after sales coordination and plans in cooperation with CTMS sales force.
与CMTS销售团队合作制定售后协调及计划；
（9）Support CMTS sales force on evaluation of customer drawings
支持CMTS销售团队评估客户的图纸；
（10）Proactively seek optimal plans and technical solutions for the benefit of CMTS and its customers.
为了CMTS及其客户的利益，主动寻求***计划和技术解决方案；
（11）Use IT tools, e.g. Excel & CRM system, to record, analyze any work related to this position.
运用IT工具，例如Excel及CRM系统，来记录、分析和预测其相关工作；
（12）Provide timely weekly, monthly and annual reports to CMTS General Manager.
及时完成周报、月报和年度报告并汇报给总经理；
（13）Maintain overall awareness of technical market trends, customers technical expectations and competitors latest technologies
保持对技术市场趋势的整体意识，客户的技术期望及竞争对手的***；
（14）Maintain overall awareness of technical development within sheet metal processing industry, with focus on machines within CIDAN Machinery portfolio.
保持对钣金加工行业技术发展的整体意识，关注CIDAN机械的投资组合；
（15）Through hands on approach constantly develop and improve own ability to perform demo bending of metal sheets.
通过动手实践，不断发展和提高自己的现场演示折弯能力；
（16）Maintain and develop corporate image, reputation and brand identification by participating in suitable marketing activities, promotions, displays and events.
通过参加适当的市场营销活动、促销和展示等活动，维护和发展企业形象、声誉和品牌形象；
（17）Safeguard the overall service satisfaction of CMTS customers, being accountable for after service in cooperation with CMTS sales force, identifying or resolving urgent issues and complaints from customers promptly.
维护CIDAN客户的整体服务满意度，与CMTS销售团队合作对售后服务工作负责，对于紧急问题和客户投诉及时找出问题并给予解决；
