Goals/Mission:
- The Application instructor of CT/MR training performs classroom training courses (as trainer / Instructor) in CS Training and Development Center. The training courses are for the training, education and support of the Siemens application specialists.
- To conduct classroom training courses for Siemens application specialists of CT/MR products
- Support the course module development of newly launched CT/MR products, including developing WBT.
- Update and renew knowledgy in case of upgrade version of the products
- Occasionaly on-site service support to the application specialists or to the end-customer in hospitals

Working Partners/Contacts:
- Internal contact: application specialists or trainers within SSME (CC and RSC groups); CSE in SSME CS PLM, spare parts ordering colleagues in SSME CS ML, etc;
- External contact: CT/MR APPS trainers in Training Center of Siemens worldwide; CT/MR application service group in AA region, Customers, etc.

Tasks:
- Deliver classroom training courses planned and scheduled
- Keep contact with the training participants if they have technical questions
- Fulfill quality targets for the trainings delivered
- Update and renew on the knowledgy and information used in the delivery of training courses
- Before each class, prepare and check the status of the CT/MR systems to be used in the training courses
- Upon request, get involved into the project of developing new course modules or WBT, for newly launched products or newly released versions
- Keep communication with the application service team in AA region, in occassional situation, do on-site visit and support application service work on-site
- Knowledgy sharing within the application trainers group, propose improvments on the training contents, training methods, etc.
- Other tasks assigned

Education:
- Bachelor or above, preferred major in clinic, and / or bio-medical engineering, etc.

Knowledge/Languages:
- Good knowledge on the use of Siemens CT/MR products
- Good knowledgy on syngo and syngo via
- IT knowledgy preferred
- International communication skills
- English (both on speaking and written skills)
- Training and presentation skills preferred

Experience:
- At least 3 years of CT/MR work experience as application specialist
- Trainer's working experience preferred
- Working experience under cross-culture environment
