职位描述：
Job Profile and Responsibilities / 工作描述

1.Quality inspection at suppliers' factory before shipment according to the product specification and AQL, complete QC report in English; 出差去各个国内供应商工厂，对采购的服务用品在出厂发运前按照标准规范进行质量检验，并完成英文质量检验报告;

2.Issue report to summarize and show statistics weekly and monthly about the status of the product quality and supplier performance; 定期（每周或月或季度）总结产品及供应商供货的质量状况，包括质量情况统计分析和评价;

3.Set up Suppliers' file/recorder, collect and report the status of production in suppliers factory; 建立供应商档案，收集和报告供应商产品生产情况;

4.Check POs, shipment schedule, specification, samples and goods variety and quantity will be delivered; 核查公司的订单，供应商发货计划，产品规范要求，样品及产品内容和数量;

5.Assist company improving internal quality management system, specifying procedures, set up suppliers management and etc.; 协助完善公司内部的质量管理，规范化工作流程，实现从供应商出货检查到供应商管理等;

6.The professional future could be the senior QA or QE to be responsible for the supplier quality management and improvement. 职业发展是高级资深QA或QE，涉及更多的供应商质量管理改善工作；

Qualifications / 任职资格

1.Vocational college/school and above with major in engineering; 中专及以上学历；

2.1--2 years supplier quality checking/inspection and management experience in consumable manufacturing; 1--2年以上轻工消费品加工或采购供应质量检验及管理经验，具备一定的生产工艺知识者优先；

3.Familiar with QA/QC/QM procedure, standard and method in consumable products manufacturing;  熟悉轻工消费品行业产品质量保证控制及管理流程的基本标准和方法;

4.Sense of responsibility, Hardworking & Team working, often business traveling; 认真负责, 吃苦耐劳, 团队合作, 能够经常出差;

5.Good negotiation and communication ability and skill to push supplier’s quality improvement; 良好的谈判和沟通能力及技巧，能够协调推动供应商完成质量目标；

6.Ability of English reading & writing; 基本的英语读写能力(具听说能力优先);

7.Good computer skill and reporting with varied new tools; 良好的计算机操作水平熟练使用个种工具软件撰写相关报告； 举报 分享
