R & R:
? Business Development
- New project RFQ follow up. Coordinate internal team to follow up quotation procedure and prepare quotation documentations in both Hanon’s and customer’s format.
- Assist to finish G0,G1,G2 sales gate review.
- Support to build up and maintain customer relationship. Organize customer meetings and BD related activities.
- Support BP team for updating business plan.
- Support marketing team for BD related activities.
? Business Maintenance
- Take lead in ECR (Engineering Change Request) activities with customer, tracking and making commercial negotiation in pricing and timing.
- Take lead in service part quotation and price negotiation with customer.
- Take lead in annual productivity negotiation with customer.
- Contract management.
- Customer sample request and PO tracking.
- AR (Account Receivable) tracking internally and with customer.
- Support PM on project ED&T and CFT payment tracking.
- To implement the commercial policy defined, by applying the entity's sales methods.
-Timely and effective communications for implementation of regional programs / promotions.
Qualification and Preferred Competencies:
- Professional experience in sales/account management position within the automotive industry, with an extensive network in current and potential clients.
- With good knowledge of automotive industry, with the ability to technically understand the demand of our clients and be familiar with OEM’s basic project development procedure.
- Bachelor degree; Engineering in Mechanical or Automotive specialization is preferred.
- Good skills in communication and writing.
- Good skills in reporting in forms of office software (Word, Excel, PPT).
- Good sense and logic in commercial analysis and problem solving.
- Good relationship with OEMs, eg. CAF, Changan
- At least 5 years sales or account management experience in automotive tier-1 industry.
- Be able to understand, speak and write English.
