职位描述：
工作职责：
1.根据每学年的招生计划，发布学校招生信息，组织招生说明会。
2.根据公司的品牌定位与课程特色拟定市场推广策略，推广和提升公司的品牌知名度。
3.负责学校招生，达成销售目标。
4.进行相关外联工作及线下活动的策划。.
5.维护学校网站及微信公众平台（图文制作、设计），对外进行宣传（活动预告、后续报导、家校互动等）。
6.策划组织及参加各类市场活动，负责相关宣传物料的设计和制作，协助进行市场活动的摄像、摄影及后期编排发布。
岗位要求：
1．大专及以上学历，师范类专业或者心理学以及市场营销类专业毕业者优先；
2．富有激情，喜欢孩子、热爱销售工作，有强烈的销售意识、敢于挑战的精神；
3．有亲和力，思维灵活，有较强的沟通表达能力；有良好的情绪控制和压力承受能力；
4．学习能力强；
5．年龄30岁以下，男性；

Mengya Montessori Home is a professional Montessori bilingual education institution certified by the American Montessori Institute (MIA). The school is located on the first floor of Jinmao Tower in Shanghai. The core in our school is the concept of "following the children" of the Italian educator Maria Montessori. All the classrooms are equipped with European standard professional teaching materials. Indoor and outdoor are equipped with activities venues to support the physical and mental development of pre-school children. Mengya Montessori Home has a complete and rigorous Montessori pre-school program. Internationally certified professional teachers will be sensitive to the child's period, the design of personalized courses to guide children to become happy and easy to explore the type of learners.
