职位描述：
I. AR Accounting for Brands:

1) Delivery and collection confirmation and booking in system;
2) Responsible for Account Receivable sub-ledger maintenance, prepare adjustments entries when required;
3) Follow up on overdue balances, find out potential risk in missing collection of income from customers;
4) Responsible for Account Receivable report update and maintenance in accordance with Group Accounting Menu;
5) To be the first point of contact for third party the customer and local entities for any payment, billing, management information and reporting queries and disputes;
6) Assist FM for monthly and annual year-end closing for all statutory and management reporting in accordance with closing schedule;
7) Customer master file maintenance in system


II. AP Accounting for Brands:

1) Perform month end closing process for AP Module;
2) Perform bank reconciliations;
3) Online banking and payment processing;
4) Review vendors' payment application, invoice, contract, quotation, PO sheet and book accounting entry in system;
5) Process VAT input certification, maintain VAT input report;
6) Prepare AP aging report and perform the analysis for the aging;
7) Prepare accrual expense list for the monthly closing purpose;
8) Supplier mast file maintenance in system.


III. EPR system and Other Tasks

1) Assist FM implement ERP system go alive;
2) Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by FM

Skills and requirement:
1) College or above education, Finance major or other relevant majors
2) Good oral and written English
3) 3-4 years working experiences in AR/AP function preferably with a trading company (FMCG, Retail ) and with a multi-national company
4) Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
5) ERP experience is required such as Oracle, SAP, UFIDA and etc.
6) Hands on experience
