职位描述：
Key Responsibilities：
- Develop purification processes using preparative chromatography batch or continuous, and/or membrane filtration techniques, or other purification technology or combination of these technology in order to reach the separation target
- Make pilot tests with Novasep chromatography/filtration equipment at lab or customer site
- Write reports in English to present results to customers or Novasep Management
- Provide technical assistance and support to customers, Novasep Sales and distributors/agents for Novasep products.
- Communicate with customers to define work scope for R&D projects
- take care of R&D project for process development independently starting from communication with client to make report

Qualifications:
- BS/MS in Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, food, fermentation and other biological related fields, with more than 5 years experience in downstream purification of proteins, food ingredients, functional ingredients, fermentation product or natural products in R&D department.
- Good knowledge of preparative Liquid Chromatography with operational skills
- Experience in HPLC, IEX, HIC, SEC, MF & UF/DF with theoretical knowledge, or other associated techniques and good knowledge of IEX resin, chromatographic resin, silica, bonded silica.
- Experience for process development of downstream purification for fermentation product, synthetic product or natural product is required.
- Fluent speaking and writing in English
