职位描述：
IGS Finance and Support Function shall support operations and performance according to set business plans by providing correct and efficient financial and support functions in a fast moving and diverse organization.
The function includes Finance, Legal, IT and Logistics operations.
IGS Finance support functions while using and learns from ICA Group Finance strategy and policies
? Compliance to ICA Group rules and regulations
? Adapts to local laws and regulations
IGS operations are functions in 5 very different cultures of different maturity stages, laws and regulations. Clear routines and processes should be implemented throughout all offices, always considering the different culture and maturity levels.
As Finance and Support Director you are responsible for developing, securing and maintaining a competent organisation.
You have direct reporting staff in Hong Kong and China offices. In other offices you will interact with the Chief Representative that is responsible for exercising the day-by-day operations.
You are a member of the ICA Global Sourcing management team and report to CEO IGS and to CFO ICA Non Food for financials. You act as secretary to the ICA Global Sourcing Board.
Tasks
Responsibilities:
? Responsible for financial and legal compliance for the whole company, including financial reporting and budgeting processes, IT and logistics.
? Responsible for relations to internal and external auditors, tax authorities, banks and legal entities as well as service providers in IT and Logistics.
? Develop, secure and maintain a competent organisation corresponding to job descriptions for each employee.
? Documentation of all transactions in accordance with ICA Group internal rules and regulations.
? Staff and budget responsibility for the department.

? Costs within budgets
? Operations according to long term business plan
? Functional IT and logistics support
Desired Profile
Education:
University Degree in Finance and/or Business administration
Experience:
…in Retail Industry
…of CBX and Flex IT system and administration
