职位描述：
This is personnel training post, last 6 months, main responsibilities during the training are:
1. To understand culture, protocol of company, i***olve in the team quickly;
2. To learn the methodology of SIT: read books, watch videos, translation, take part in marketing activities and project delivery, and later participate in class design;
3. To develop your own project delivery capability: fully participate in marketing activities and project delivery, and output ideas, willing to give internal training, take part in project delivery and be the co-facilitator.
4. To develop your own marketing capability: participate in execution of marketing plan, customer follow-up, and preparation of proposals. Etc.
Every session will have a corresponding assessment, and will determine the post direction according to your will and capability in six months.

Junior Facilitator Job description:
Training/project consulting responsibility:
1. Project development: assist in customer communication, project proposal etc.
2. Early stage of project: assist in organizing customer interview, find their requirements; assist in designing consulting plan, write project proposal independently;
3. Project delivery: assist in project delivery, help facilitator accomplish training/consulting task, and can be responsible for part of delivery;
4. Later stage of project: compile document of project summary, report, advertising etc, and assist in customer communication and re-interview.
