职位描述：
1.建立和规范本公司的人力资源管理体系;
2.主导公司业务人员绩效考核架构、推荐、反馈，根据业绩做到量化考核;
3.建立并实施培训体系及编制，推进与跟踪业务人员项目培训;
4.对公司人事政策制订与修改、人事规章制度的规划、制定、检讨与修订，使员工的管理有章可循;
5.制定薪酬体系以及奖惩制度;
6.完成公司领导交办的其它工作.

任职要求：
1.人力资源、公共关系、心理学、管理学或其他相关专业本科学历;
2.十年以上人力资源管理经验;
3.接受过人力资源管理、劳动法规、企业管理等方面的培训;
4.具有很强的沟通协调能力。
