职位描述：
Job Responsibilities
1. Carry out pre-shipment inspections in the first year.
2. Assist the QC manager for staff and operation management.
    * Evaluate and improve the inspectors performance. Provide statistics of PSI to QC manager.
    * Work with all departments and suppliers. Analyze the reason of failure and assist QC manager to make special release. Work with project management team.
    * Coordinate the mobile PSI software development.
3. Other tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements
1. At least 1 year experience in quality control of electrical or mechanical fields.
2. Bachelors of Science and Technology in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
3. Good English skill in speaking and writing.
4. Be familiar with Microsoft Office.
5. Basic Knowledge of data base.
6. Good communication skill and enjoying cooperation with others.
7. Ability to work independently and structure own work under pressure.
