职位描述：
1、接听电话，接收传真，按要求转接电话或记录信息，确保及时准确。
2、对来访客人做好接待、登记、引导工作，及时通知被访人员。对无关人员、上门推销和无理取闹者应拒之门外。
3、保持公司清洁卫生，展示公司良好形象。
4、负责公司快递、信件、包裹的收发工作
5、负责办公用品的盘点工作，做好登记存档。并对办公用品的领用、发放、出入库做好登记。
6、不定时检查公司日用品的库存，及时做好后勤保障工作。
7、负责复印、传真和打印等设备的耗材管理工作。
8、负责整理、分类、保管公司常用表格并依据实际使用情况进行增补。
9、做好会议室及访客接待区域的日常检查及保洁。
10、做好材料收集、档案管理等工作。
11、协助做好公司各部门之间的协调工作，积极完成上级交办的临时事务。
招聘要求：
1、 大专以上学历
2、 一年以上工作经验，优秀应届生、实习生亦可。
3、 身高165cm以上，形象气质佳，普通话标准、熟练，具有较强的责任心、亲和力，性格开朗。
4、 能够熟练使用Word、Excel等办公软件及各种办公自动化设备。
5、 口齿清晰、倾听技巧佳，语言表达能力和组织能力强，具有良好的沟通能力、协调能力。
6、 做事细心负责，服务意识强，能灵活变通的处理问题，积极主动 。

Alchip Technologies Limited was founded in 2002 by semiconductor veterans from Silicon Valley and Japan with a business focus on turnkey fabless ASIC production for System-on-Chip (SoC) designs. The founding team has more than fifteen years experience on average in successfully developing high-complexity SoC products and has 100% first silicon success track record.
