职位描述：
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
? Overall responsibility in assigned product quality management for whole product life cycle in the organization.

SPECIFIC ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Assist QA Manager to establish, maintain and continually improve product quality management systems including in-process, outgoing, ORT and Product Release Test (PRT) and customer quality including DOA.
? Ensure products and materials meet quality, regulatory and reliability standards & Wincor requirements.
? Lead and manage new product qualifications & production readiness assessment according to First Articles and/or PRT approval process.
? Assist in qualification, monitoring and management of new components/parts/out-source.
? Monitor and drive product/ process quality performance improvement via in-process/ outgoing/ ORT audits and regular performance review.
? Drive resolution of quality issues with relevant departments within agreed timeframe including failure analysis, root cause analysis and corrective actions/preventive actions (CAPA).
? Review Engineering Change Order (ECO), assess impact on quality and complete actions under QA.
? Initiate and track closure of purge notice, stop line and stop shipment as appropriate.
? Provide technical support to production line base on quality requirements; verify / resolve Line reject materials/ products with Engineering /SQE.
? Establish QA inspection related documents (e.g. Checklist; quality alert; inspection procedures/ forms,etc.) log and maintain product history; conduct product/process/ECO audits regularly.
? Lead, develop, coach and train a group of product quality engineers/supervisor/technicians/Inspectors.
? Enforce quality disciplines in QA and production lines.
? Familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001 system and OHSAS18001, follow the system.
? Other tasks assigned by department manager/QA manager.

Per KPI target. E.g.
? Outgoing Quality & ATM DPU
? Customer Complaints PPM & DOA
? l Test pass yield
? No internal/external audit issue
