职位描述：
1. Installation of new machines for customer.
为客户安装新机器。
2. Pre- and final acceptance of machines.
预验收和最终验收机器。
3. Process optimization for customer.
优化客户流程。
4. Production support for customer.
为客户提供产品支持。
5. Onsite troubleshooting.
现场问题处理。
6. Training of customer personnel onsite.
客户人员的现场培训。
7. Service and repair work performed onsite for customer.
为客户在现场进行服务及维修工作。
8. Manning of off-hours hotline upon direction of customer service manager.
非工作时间根据客户服务经理的要求接洽热线电话。
9. Application support upon direction of customer service manager
根据客户服务经理的要求开展应用支持。
10. Machine assembly support upon direction of customer service manager
根据客户服务经理的要求开展机器装配支持。
11. Frequent existing customer visits in order to strengthen supplier-customer relationship and to understand and fulfill their expectations (e.g. product improvements, handling spare parts, tool sales)
频繁拜访客户， 以加强供应商、客户间的良好的关系， 以便能充分理解并满足他们的期望。（例如： 产品的改进，备件的处理，刀具的销售）
13. Any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualification任职资格
1. Exact working with high quality at microns; experience in automobile industry, preferably in transmission department.
