职位描述：

Job Description:

1) Develop strategic own brand business and marketing plan in Specialty Ingredients & Solutions sectors and manage execution within budget, time, legal/ compliance frame and within group guidelines and agreed requirements with other key stakeholders.

2) Identify & prioritize key growth areas within or close to the scope of an existing business in order to prepare the implementation plan and upon the agreement of this plan, manage the implementation along the defined quality, milestones, cost and timelines.

3) Screen & propose target for partnering, acquisition or JV and manage stage gate process as well as incubation execution.

4) Ensure availability & quality of up to date market intelligence (eg. Value chain analysis, Market size, market shares, relevant macro & micro trends, technology, Peers/ competitors, suppliers, customers and other influencing factors)

5) Develop and maintain close relationship to the stakeholders of the industry including suppliers, customers and partners.

6) Identify, evaluate, prepare and negotiate contracts eg. Suppliers, principals, business partners.

7) Develop Sales-, Service- & Marketing plans, support & coordinate marketing & promotion delivery

8) Budget planning and management

Required Experience:

1) Bachelor or above in Nutritional Sciene or BioChemistry or Food Techology.

Focus on more industry specific education is preferable.
2) Business Management/ Development/ Administration, Marketing, Strategic Management or related discipline
Preferred knowledge: Chemistry, e-commerce exposure or nutritional science
3) Proficient in written & oral English & Mandarin Chinese
4) Over 10 years working experience among which at least 5 years in managerial or BD role
5) Proficient in MS office suite. Such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint, CRM, etc.
