职位描述：
Responsibilities
1. Deployment of Asian Health, Safety and Environmental Management Systems.
2. Continuously improve the EHS culture, EHS awareness and accountability systems.
3. Lead and drive the deployment of JSA, LOTO, Stop observation program within the site.
4. Develops and deploys EHS procedures, training, internal and external communications in concert with Corporate and Regional policy/procedures and regulatory requirements.
5. Direct and supports incident investigation activities, root cause analysis, corrective action identification and closure. Works closely with leaders to measure and communicate EHS performance. Monitors trends and champions injury/illness reduction. Directs the organization in management of emergency conditions and containment actions.
6. Leads and participates in EHS inspections, self-assessments and audits. Presents findings to management and prepares applicable reports. Tracks corrective actions to closure.
7. Implements environmental management processes, including management of chemicals/oils, wastes, and pollution prevention.
8. Coordinates industrial hygiene programs, exposure assessments, and works closely with management team to assure implementation of medical surveillance requirements.
9. Implements EHS risk review and train the contractor for any spectial projects or new equipment when they service. 10. Make sure the compliance to the regulation of local government for any EHS related requirement.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in industrial, manufacturing, or mechanical engineering, industrial hygiene, safety or equivalent.
2. More than 8 years of managerial experience on EHS job, experience in mechanincal machining industry is a plus
3. Thorough knowledge and training for waste disposal requirements.
4. Detailed comprehension of industry/state/local specific environmental, health, and safety regulation.
5. Thorough knowledge and training for Hazard Materials Handling and Emergency Response requirements.
6. Thorough knowledge and training for EHS systems development and deployment. Knowing well ISO 14000 and OHSAS 18000.
7. Ability to direct and lead cross-functional process improvement teams with aggressiver drivership and stronger leadership
8. Ability to identify multiple cost effective options to address EHS matters.
9. Experience with communicating with regulatory agencies.
