1. To monitor and report work progress
    管理和报告项目进度
2. To control and supervise overall site activities and liaise with PM representatives and subcontractors
    控制和监督整个现场工作并且与项目经理和分包商代表联系沟通
3. Schedule Control
    现场进度控制
4. Quality control on site and during production
    现场质量控制
5. To gather and analyze data relating to work progress, adequacy and effectiveness
    收集和分析有关工作进度、充分性和有效性数据
6. Achieve the project goals in terms of quality and timing
    及时并且有质量的完成工程
7. Responsible to update all interested parties
    向所有相关方报告工作进度
8. Maintain good relations with clients, designers and suppliers
    和客户，设计方，供应商维持良好的关系

Requirements任职要求:
1. 1+ years experience as a site supervisor with luxury retail projects in China preffered
    有一年以上工地管理的经验，在国内奢侈品店铺项目的施工经理的经验优先考虑
2. Must have knowledge of MEP and structural works experience. Having structural or MEP license will be an advantage.
    具有机电知识并有相关的结构工作经验优先考虑。
3. Computer Literate (AutoCAD , Microsoft Word and Projects)
    会用Auto CAD, Microsoft Word和Projects等计算机软件优先考虑
4. Willing to travel and work overtime
    愿意出差并且加班
5. Pleasant personality and self-motivated
    性格随和，自我激励
6. Strong sense of responsibility and hard working
    强烈的责任感，努力工作
